* Introduction:

728 is a solvent-base PU adhesive which is used for lamination of high performance film materials, extensively applied in plastic/ plastic film and plastic/ metalized film. This product has the characteristics of large initial adhesion, high peeling strength and good transparency, which can effectively prevent tunnel problem.
728 has low viscosity and good flexibility after cured, which is suitable for high-speed coating. It is allowed to increase the working concentration under specific conditions. Economy and practicing are also the features.

The mixing ratio can be adjusted between 20: 3.0-5.0 according to the specific working conditions.

728 does not affect the opening of the internal film after lamination. After curing, the adhesive is transparent, no odor, elastic and aging resistant.
Excellent pot-life: after mixing the two components, the pot-life time can reach 8h, which shows the excellent operability. The mixed adhesive can stored for 24h in sealed container.
Fast curing rate: Under the condition of 50 ℃, the product can be completely cured after 1 day of lamination. For three-layer film lamination packaging products, the third layer of film should be laminated after more than 24 hours of two-layer lamination. The curing time under the room temperature condition is 7-14 days.
Good peel strength.
Lamination film:
OPP/PE, OPP/CPP, Ny/PE, PET/PE, OPP(PET)/VMCPP. (The films need to be suffered corona treatment to reach the surface tension.)
